Aman is a passionate technologist, engineer, and entrepreneur who has built several cutting-edge technology companies. Most of Aman’s career has centered around modernizing some of the world’s largest retailers, including LuluLemon, Ascena Retail, Destination XL, rue21, and many others, through his company, TAISTech. TAISTech was acquired by Mastek in 2017, and since then, Aman has focused on implementing cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, cloud and DevOps, AI/ML, and more.

Austin’s journey has taken a unique path. His early career focused on corporate IT and included experience as a Program Manager for AutoZone B2C and B2B eCommerce, providing him with a unique and practical perspective. Austin went on to join Oracle in 2013, where he helped solution Oracle Commerce (ATG/Endeca) for clients as part of the Oracle Retail team, helping to bring Oracle Commerce Cloud to market. Since 2017, Austin has worked with many world-class teams, focused on delivering rich experiences for enterprise clients in multiple verticals worldwide.

David has over two decades of experience building and leading digital transformation teams. A passionate learner and entrepreneur, he has navigated over 20 complex storefront launches on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Under his leadership with Mastek Americas/TAIStech, the Salesforce practice flourished. Working with enterprise brands like Scholastic Books, Dickies Apparel and Fullbeauty Brands, to architect, build and deliver their complex omni channel fulfillment models, managed services offerings and discrete projects.

Dasa’s technology leadership journey started with Sun Microsystems in the 2000s, where he worked on initial releases of Java before moving on to eCommerce platform architecture and delivery. His experience spans multiple retailers over the course of the last decade, for whom he has architected and delivered complex e-commerce platforms for large-scale enterprises that include DestinationXL, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Michael Kors, CVS, and Athena.

Dasa brings strong omnichannel technology strategy and headless mobile strategy to the table and is well-versed in enabling retailers to connect their in-store systems to e-commerce platforms. With a strong background in Data Science and Engineering from UC Berkeley, Dasa led a team of engineers and architected a strategy to deliver rich content selection strategies using cutting-edge AWS data science platforms. His AI/ML-driven content selection framework was responsible for $100 million to $4 billion worth of content decisions over the course of three short years.
